1. General Bonus Terms & Conditions
1.1. From time to time we may offer bonuses, rewards, promotions, competitions, cashback and/or gifts (“promotions”). These promotions will be governed by these General Bonus Terms and Conditions (“General Bonus T&Cs”). Each specific promotion will also have their own customer terms and conditions outside of the General Bonus Terms and Conditions. By taking part in any promotion and agreeing to receive bonuses offered by StickyWilds, you automatically consent to comply with our general bonus terms & conditions.
1.2. If you intend to take part in a bonus or promotion but are unsure of how the promotion mechanics work you can contact StickyWilds Customer support for clarification and further information.
1.3. StickyWilds reserves the right to add, remove or alter any of the promotional/bonus details or terms.
1.4. It is your responsibility to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments or updates. If the terms and conditions are changed, be it General Terms and Conditions or those relating to a live promotion, you will be informed by StickyWilds.
1.5. We may make terms and conditions available in various languages for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English language version and the non-English language version of these terms and conditions, the English version takes priority.
1.6. Offers are limited to one Offer per Player (one Offer per household address, shared computer or shared IP address, email address, telephone number, payment method). StickyWilds reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being a duplicate. The original deposit made by the Player if applicable will not be confiscated and only the Bonus and/or winnings from the Bonus will be confiscated.
1.7. Unless otherwise stated, active Bonus must be wagered within 7 days of issue, otherwise both bonus funds & winnings associated with the relevant bonus will be forfeited.
1.8. When you take part in a promotion, both deposited funds and bonus funds become the “bonus balance”. If a bonus is active the wagering must be completed, or the bonus must be zeroed out, in order for a withdrawal to be made. The only exception will be if you wish to withdraw the initial deposit only, in which case the bonus funds and any winnings will be forfeited.
1.9. If you have decided not to participate in a promotion(s), you have already opted into, you must contact StickyWilds Customer support and request cancellation of the bonus before placing any bets.
1.10. You may not place any bets that exceed the maximum bonus bet size when using bonus money. The maximum bonus bet size is 5 EUR (or the equivalent in any other currency) per bet/spin or equivalent, unless it is stated differently in the specific terms and conditions tailored to each bonus campaign. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of, and adhere to the maximum bonus bet size. For cases where bets are deemed to have exceeded the maximum bonus bet size, an account may be reviewed, and the bonus funds confiscated in the process.
1.11. If you wish to make a withdrawal before meeting the Wagering Requirements, you will forfeit your bonus winnings accrued, your bonus amount, and opt out of the promotion.
1.12. Any Bonus Funds are displayed separately from any Deposit Funds in Your Player Account. Bonus Funds can only be withdrawn once they have been converted into real money.
1.13. When playing an active bonus, your funds will be used in the following order: Funds required to trigger the bonus, Bonus funds and Any remaining funds.
1.14. You can withdraw your real money balance before satisfying bonus wagering, by doing so you will forfeit the funds in your bonus balance.
1.15. In the event that your deposit and any bonus funds attached to it are used before wagering requirements are completed any unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cleared.
1.16. After wagering requirements are met, the deposit funds, bonus money and any winnings gained will become withdrawable as cash.
1.17. StickyWilds bonuses are intended for recreational playing only. Improper use of the bonuses and promotional abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to take the following actions against bonus abuse (list not exhaustive).
- Revoke and/or cancel any Bonuses and Bonus winnings that we regard to have been gained by misuse of the system.
- Ban such players from receiving further Bonuses
- Close the account
1.18. Abuse may include but is not limited to:
A. Using multiple Account(s)
B. Evidence that an attempt is being made to defraud or take unfair advantage of the casino and its promotions by an individual or group
C. Equal, zero or low margin bets
D. Wagering bonuses on excluded Games
E. Co-operation, collusion or organization of bets from the same source
F. Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviors which amount to deliberate cheating
G. Hiding IP addresses or using a VPNs
H. Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clearing Wagering Requirements
I. Delaying the playing of a Game round until after the Wagering Requirement for that Bonus has been met.
J. Using any kind of doubling or gambling feature, for example Martingale Strategy.
1.19. We may reclaim any Bonus that has been awarded in error in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
1.20. We may make amendments to an Offer to correct typographical errors or to improve understanding and we reserve the right to amend or terminate an offer if required to do so for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
1.21. StickyWilds reserves the right to ban a player from participating in promotions at its own discretion at any time.
1.22. We reserve the right to audit your game play/transaction logs. You hereby consent in advance for us to do so. If, after an audit, it transpires that you participated, or attempted to participate, in game strategies that we discern to be (i) promotional abuse; and/or (ii) irregular casino playing; we hold the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings or bonus, or terminate your association with our website and/or block your account. In such circumstances, we shall be under no obligation to refund any funds that may be in your account other than your original deposit amounts.
1.23. Bonus money is free money intended to help you enjoy StickyWilds; it is not to be withdrawn once received unless you have satisfied the terms in which it was given. In order to prevent you from withdrawing your bonus funds instantly, StickyWilds (as well as other casinos) requires so-called “wagering” of the bonus money. Wagering coefficient indicates the number of times you need to place the amount of bonus.
1.24. Participation in some promotions require opting in. It can be done either by clicking on a link in the promotion on site / on email or by contacting the Customer support. You are free to opt out of receiving promotional newsletters at any time.
1.25. Bonus is in effect until bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled, all bonus money is lost or the bonus has expired.
1.26. Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.
1.27. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any promotion or campaign at any given time.

2. Specific promotions
2.1. Deposit Bonuses
2.1.1. Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus and deposit amount.
2.1.2. The bonus must be wagered within 15 days of being credited. Any bonus money which has not been wagered after 15 days will be forfeited.
2.1.3. Deposit free spins are limited to a payout of €1000, any remaining bonus winnings exceeding the maximum amount will be waived (these terms may vary based on loyalty level).
2.1.4. Deposit Bonuses are limited to a payout of 10x the bonus amount.
2.2. No Deposit Bonuses
2.2.1. Unless otherwise stated, all non deposit bonuses have a wagering requirement of 70x the bonus and deposit amount.
2.2.2. Bonuses must be wagered within 15 days of being credited. Any bonus money which has not been wagered after 15 days will be forfeited.
2.2.3. No deposit bonuses (money and free spin winnings) are limited to a payout of €25. Any remaining free bonus winnings exceeding the maximum amount will be waived (these terms may vary based on loyalty level).
2.3. Different games and game types contribute towards fulfilling wagering requirements to different extents. For instance, if a game type delivers 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €1, €1 will count towards completion of the wagering.

2.5. The stake size on any game with a "bonus buy" or "feature buy" option will count as the total cost of the spin, not the stake or value of the game round the feature or bonus is played at. For example, Money Train at €1 stake, the bonus buy is 80x (€80) so the bet size for this round would be €80.
2.6. Although the wagering rules listed above are StickyWilds default wagering settings, player’s participation in certain promotions may necessitate special wagering requirements that differ from those above. For example, table games, excluded from wagering by default, might become the only type of games eligible for wagering bonus money within special promotions for table games. Any promotion with an irregular wagering mode will have an accurate description of this mode in its terms and conditions.
2.7. Deposits made with Skrill, Ecopayz or Neteller will not be eligible for the welcome bonus offers.
2.8. When having an active bonus, you need to complete the wagering requirement before you can make a withdrawal. All bonus money, winnings generated from the bonus, and any deposit used to claim a bonus will be locked and unable to withdraw until the wagering requirement is completed.
3. StickyWilds Level-Up System
3.1. All bonus money rewards and free spins from the Level-Up System have a 40x wagering requirement.

4. Additional Bonus Terms

4.2. StickyWilds bonuses are intended for active-player recreational playing only. An active-player is a player who has deposited and wagered a minimum of €20 or more in the past 30 days. Only active players can participate from non deposit offers.
4.3. If a bonus has not been wagered by the time of expiry, the bonus will expire and only the remaining cash balance will be left on the account.
4.4. Canceling a bonus will lead to the entire bonus balance being removed, leaving only the real money balance on the account.
4.5. Wagering can only count towards one bonus offer at the time.
4.6. Game winnings from spins or game rounds initiated with bonus funds but completed with real money after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited, will be removed and may result in your account being closed for bonus abuse.
4.7. Risk-free betting in order to complete wagering requirements will not be tolerated and may result in your bonus being forfeited. Examples of risk-free betting can be: betting on Red and Black simultaneously while playing Roulette; or betting on player and banker in Baccarat.
4.8. Using a bonus to quickly build the balance on higher stake bets, to thereafter decrease the stake by 50% or more in order to complete the wagering requirements of the bonus with low risk is not allowed and will be considered bonus abuse.

4.10. StickyWilds reserves the right to alter or change these terms and conditions at any point.
