How can I create an account with StickyWilds?

Getting started is really easy: Click the "Create Account" button in the drop-down menu and fill in the simple registration form. We only ask for a few details so that we can get your prize money to you if you’re lucky enough to win.

Can I have more than one account?

Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to have more than one account. Please note that in case of any bonus abuse, we will void any winnings resulting from the abuse and will proceed to close all the accounts.

 

Can I play from my country?

You may go ahead and register with us if your country is not included in this list.

I did not receive the activation email, what should I do?

If, after checking carefully in your Email Inbox and Spam Folder, you still can’t find your activation email, please contact StickyWilds Support on [email protected] and they will be able to activate your account manually after they ask you a few questions for security purposes.

How can I check out my profile?

Once you are logged into your StickyWilds account, you will be able to check out your profile and all your account details by clicking the player menu icon (next to the Deposit button) at the top right corner.

I am under 18, can I play on StickyWilds?

No you can't, you must be 18 years or older to be able to gamble according to the law. StickyWilds always verifies all personal details in order to make sure every player is of legal age.

 

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click the "Login" button at the top right corner or in the drop-down menu, then select "forgot password". You will be redirected to a page requiring you to enter your email in order to create a new password. If you have forgotten your email, just contact us through the online chat or send us an email to: [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with your email. 

 

Can I change my email address?

This is not possible. Please make sure you insert your email address carefully when creating your account, and pay attention to the spelling.

This is not possible. Please make sure you choose your username carefully when creating your account, and pay attention to the spelling.

How can I change the details on my profile?

Once you are logged into your StickyWilds account, click on the player menu icon (next to the Deposit button) at the top right corner or in the drop-down menu. In the menu, select your username, then select "Personal info" in order to change your address or phone number. If you want to change other details, please contact us through the online chat or send us an email to: [email protected]

 

I don’t want to receive emails anymore, how can I deactivate them?

Once you are logged into your StickyWilds account, click on the player menu icon (next to the Deposit button) at the top right corner or in the drop-down menu. Select your username, then "Personal info" and tick the box stating that you do not wish to receive promotional emails. Then, click the OK button to confirm.
